Support For Small Businesses

Mental Health Support For Employers & Employees

For businesses that may not be able to offer extensive benefits or employ a dedicated Human Resources department, VĪV offers affordable, access-based options designed to help support the mental health of small business owners and their employees.

FLEXIBLE, AFFORDABLE, AND CONFIDENTIAL.

Our Workplace Mental Health Support (WMHS) is a subscription-based, per-use service that allows teams personal access to a CMHA-Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor who can assist owners and employees in exploring and accessing third-party mental health resources. Flexible, affordable, and confidential, our Liaisons are certified in Psychological First Aid and Mental Health First Aid and will work directly with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and help guide them to supplementary resources.

To find out more about this service and develop a mental health action plan for your team, book a consultation with us.
