This is mental health support made simple and accessible. \nWe’ll be using real-life scenarios to help us learn how to how to have productive conversations during stressful times\, how to relieve and release stress\, how to recognize when our stress levels might be getting too high – both in ourselves AND others\, how we can avoid burnout\, what to do if we ARE burned out\, and – you’ll be able to take a version of our wellness toolkit home with you to share with your family and friends.
