DESCRIPTION:*Registration Required*\n(see below) \nVIV Mental Health is proud to be partnering with Kristin Gitzel of Leduc County FCSS for the presentation of We Got This!: Supporting Ourselves\, Our Families\, and Our Friends Through Stressful Times. \nThis free\, interactive community workshop is all about managing stress – taking the stress out of stress\, if you will – and it’s open to all adult residents of Leduc County – including Calmar\, Thorsby\, and Warburg. \nWe are offering an opportunity to learn effective stress-management tools in a fun\, relaxed\, and interactive space. This is mental health support made simple and accessible. \nWe’ll be using real-life scenarios to help us learn how to how to have productive conversations during stressful times\, how to relieve and release stress\, how to recognize when our stress levels might be getting too high – both in ourselves AND others\, how we can avoid burnout\, what to do if we ARE burned out\, and – you’ll be able to take a version of our wellness toolkit home with you to share with your family and friends.
